As a vendor, I have a display at a local Home Show and have a spot for people to enter into a contest. I've struggled with people stealing pens- not that they are that expensive, but it's a bother. So the other week someone hands me a ColdHeat Cordless Glue Gun and says to try it out! I was like, "cool!" but I'm not all that crafty because I don't have the time to be. I thought to myself: "What can I use it for?" After some continuing struggles with losing pens, the glue gun spoke to me. "Use me," it said, and the light bulb went on.
So I gathered a good pen, some pretty ribbon and charged my glue gun. I then proceeded to take the ribbon, tie it on the pen, but before making the bow, I added a glob of glue at the connection. Once the bow was in place I used the glue to secure it, then let it dry. I tied the other end of the ribbon to my display tray and voila! I had a pen attached for the remainder of the show. No more lost pens (or snatched ones). Then when the show is finished, I simply peel off the glue and put the pen back in my collection. Happy Gluing!
