.) Heat up glue gun and put in stick of glue

.) For a round shape, using the drinking glass, place it over the spot of the photo you want to capture. Trace a circle around the spot in ink and cut out. (In the example of the finished project, fancy edge scissors were used to cut out the photo.)

.) Take the color felt you want to use and trace on the felt in pen using the drinking glass and cut the shape out for backing.

.) Use cardstock or thin cardboard to make an identical shape for the felt piece you just cut for backing to give the photo a sturdy base.

.) Glue the thin cardboard to the cut out felt piece.

.) Use your glue gun to apply glue to the center back of the photo piece. Once the center has hardened, go back and apply small amount of glue at the corners and press down. Be careful not to use too much or it'll ooze out the sides!

.) To give the edges a finished look, take 14inch or so, piece of ribbon, at least 1/4inch in width, apply glue to the center of the bottom edge and press onto the center bottom of the piece, half of the ribbon edge will be on the front and the other half on the back. Slowly continue applying glue to the piece and pressing down the ribbon all the way around. Go back after hardening and glue down any edges that are sticking up.

.) If you have any additional embellishments you want to add, like bows or ribbon around the edges, do so now.

.) Glue the magnet to the center of the backing.
