.) Heat up glue gun and put in clear stick of glue.
.) Take the card stock and measure out how large you would like the photo frame to be. Some folks prefer to cover the entire lid, but for a nice double looking border, cut the cardstock to be 1/4 inch smaller than the lid all the way around.
.) Take the cardstock piece and lay the two photos on top, spacing them evenly. If the photos are 4x6 size, there should be about an inch gap between them in the center and 1/4 inch or so all the way around for border.
.) Mark with a pencil and ruler where the photos will be placed on the cardstock.
.) Take your X-acto knife and rules and cut out the rectangles for the photos. Be sure to undercut (as in smaller) the squares so that when the frame is placed over the photos that the photo edges will be covered by the frame.
.) Lay the cardstock frame on top of the box and position. Use your glue gun to glue the frame down onto the box, starting at the top of the frame and on the top edge. Use the glue sparingly so as not to have a lot of excess glue gushing out from under the frame.
.) Once the top of the frame is glued down, place one photo underneath and continue gluing down the outside edges of the frame on the sides.
.) When that glue has hardened, apply glue down the center of the frame (the one inch gap) between the two photos. Wait to harden and then repeat steps 6-7 for the bottom photograph.
.) Now add on any stickers or embellishments and you're done!
