Materials:
Glue gun/clear glue sticks
White favor boxes/totes
Black craft foam, construction paper, card stock or felt
Circle punch (2 sizes, one smaller, one larger) or pattern
Pencil
X-acto Knife and scissors
Ribbon
1.) Heat up glue gun and put in glue.
2.) Using the smaller of the circle pattern, cut out two eye holes with your X-Acto knife or punch out using a craft punch on the white favor box.
3.) Repeat one time for mouth hole.
4.) Measure out the amount of craft foam (or whatever) needed to cover all 3 holes.
5.) Cut square out.
6.) Apply glue to edges of square and press firmly into favor box, covering up the eye and mouth holes.
7.) Take decorative ribbon and adorn on handle or back of favor box, as desired.
8.) Add candy to inside of favor box and apply glue to keep favor box/tote sealed.
Alternative: Cut eyes and mouths out of black cardstock and glue to front of favor box.
That's it! Time to Trick or Treat!
