In celebration of the Year of the Rat, here is a link from HowStuffWorks on Chinese New Year crafts for kids. You don't have to be Chinese and you don't have to be a kid either! Choose from a Luck Lantern, New Year's Drum, Lion Mask, Frozen Fireworks (not actually frozen) or Golden Dragon Puppet. My favorites were the Luck Lantern and Lion Mask.
