On Joy and Happiness and Sam came up with this frugal, yet functional craft for creating a fun felt board from scratch for young kids to play with. I would say this would be great for elementary and preschool classes since if it gets played with more and more it won't be a cost issue to replace or fix!
My guess is that's Sam in the picture.
