Puget Sound Sewing and Crafts posted this easy and fiscally responsible craft, Fabric Boards for Scrapbooking and Card Making. Fat quarters can be found at any fabric store in a variety of colors and patterns, take those, some index cards, hot glue gun and ribbon and you can create colorful boards to mount photos on or use as the front of a card. And of course, embellishments are a must! Go beyond the ribbon, jewel it up, trinkets and such will lend a truly personal touch.
