Materials:
Glue gun/ clear glue sticks
Plain foam can holder (cozy) any color
Craft foam, any colors to match
Small piece of cardstock or cardboard for template
Plastic letter tiles from scrapbooking or board game

1. Heat up glue gun and put in glue.
2. Start with creating your template for the circles. These don't have to be circles obviously, they could be squares, rectangles, diamonds, etc; Just for conformity and ease in duplication create a template or pattern of whatever shape that may be out of the cardstock.
3. Trace with a pencil on the craft foam the shape with the cardstock template. Cut out shapes.

4. Next apply glue to side with the pencil markings and press to where you want them on the can cozy. Make sure that glue does not ooze out the sides but that you get the edges of the craft foam glue down to the cozy since the shape is cylindrical and likely to come off later or be torn off. Also, be sure that you space your shapes out evenly as long as the name you're customizing with. Otherwise you might run out of space!
5. Once all the shapes have been glued down and hardened, apply a small amount of glue to the back of the letters and press them into the center of the shapes. Be sure to hold them there until the glue hardens.
6. If you want to add anything else, rhinestones, additional letter tiles, go for it now.

Super easy!
