No Sew Turtle Costume

HGTV provides once again, this time with a no sew turtle costume to go with their easy octopus costume! This one is geared more for the little guys and is more party friendly!
All you need is a lot of felt, a glue gun, google eyes and the sweats in the same color. Easy enough and will keep the trick or treater warm during throughout the cold October night.
