It's not even September yet, but thinking about Halloween shouldn't wait till then! At least not for the crafty types that create their costumes from scratch! HGTV posted this very easy and simple tutorial on creating an octopus costume from an old umbrella, black tights, suction cups and some felt! The trick is that it might be a bit cumbersome if navigating through a house party, but great for rainy Halloween nights out trick or treating!
