Everyday is something! And from now until October of next year, Glue Gun Crafts is going to post a craft a day monthly calendar. The crafts are based on holidays, observances, awareness days, birthdays and inventions and in some cases- cause I felt like it days. So please enjoy these 31 October Crafts and may you be inspired!

Create a 3-D fruit or vegetable mobile.
October 2: Name Your Car Day
Create a name plaque to hang above your parking spot!
October 3: World Card Making Day
Go beyond the regular folded card and make an iris folded card!

October 4: National Golf Day
Make a mobile that uses photographs and golf balls.

October 5: Most Common Birthday
It's the most common birthday in the world, so settle in and create a batch of birthday cards!

October 6: Leaf Wreath Day
The leaves are falling! Time to use them (or the silk version) to make a wreath for your front door.

October 7: Cats Opens on Broadway
Flash back to 1982 when Cats is first performed on Broadway on this day with a bejeweled black cat made from a laundry detergent bottle!

October 8: Rat Day
Can't have Cats without rats.

Head west and color in these viking ships with your kids. Or just you!

October 10: World Mental Health Day

Make something for your boss. Maybe they'll give you a raise.
October 17: Sweetest Day
Possibly created just for commercialism and increase candy sales, Sweetest Day is celebrated primarily in the Great Lakes region of the US.

October 18: Alaska Day
A legal holiday, believe it or not. It's the day when Russia formally handed Alaska over to the US.

October 19: Frankenstein Day
Not a real holiday, but everybody loves Frank.

October 20: Bat Day
Just like Frank, bats get to have their day.

October 21: Ghost Day
Who ya gonna call?

October 22: National Nut Day
Crack a nut or two. Make an acorn wreath or just enjoy a handful of almonds!

October 23: Mummy Day
Not to be confused with Mother's Day.

October 24: United Nations Day
Paper dolls in native dress of 18 or so countries, what's more international than that?

October 25: World Pasta Day
Eat it or craft with it, just do something with spaghetti!

October 26: Witch Craft
Witch craft, witchcraft, get it?!

October 27: Halloween Meets Styrofoam Day
