My jewelry box is an eclectic assortment of new and vintage, store bought and handmade, metal, fabric, glass and even a few wooden pieces scattered in. I spent my childhood exploring my grandmother's jewelry chest and layering on the jewelry until I could barely lift my arms. I would make my own necklaces out of daisies, paper clips, and anything else I could get my hands on. Now I turn to Etsy for my handmade jewelry and am hopelessly addicted to searching the pages for hours.
These pieces from Etsy are far from the bean-and-string necklaces I made during my childhood, many of them even used glue guns. I perused hundreds of creations and these are my favorite handmade items. What sets them apart? Each piece took time and dedication and each one is truly individual.
Felt White Roses Necklace from Evalinen
I see this necklace being worn with a pair of skinny black pants that are ankle length with a black top, very Audrey Hepburn like. This is the only piece that a person would need to wear, making getting ready ever so easy.

Number 3 Antique Typewriter Ring by Qacreate
I am a sucker for statement rings and have drawers full of them. This one is so special because of the usage of an old typewriter key. I love the antiqued white and black in combination with the different metals. The detail does not stop with the typewriter key itself; there is also an oak leaf detail on the sides.

Purple Cameo Post Earrings by Bella Chic Designs
These purple cameo earrings remind me of an updated version of a broach that my aunt would wear every Sunday. Cameos are some of my favorite pieces of jewelry because of their versatility. I would wear these with jeans and a t shirt or a suit for work. The color is what makes them really stand out as a bold piece.

Be Mine - Red Metallic Ruffles Headband by Paper Silk Made
Headbands are being seen everywhere right now. I love this one because of the texture. I could see it being worn with the cream silk blouse and gray menswear trousers. It is whimsical without being too childish.

Blue Rose Vintage Cuff Cluster Bracelet by Lonkoosh
I live for bracelets and I usually stack multiple ones up my arms to get the same effect as this one does. I love the use of different flowers, buttons, rhinestones and the rose cabochon to give a very romantic feeling.

Watch with Engraved Nameplate by Revolt70
This could be the most stunning watch I have ever seen. I love the soft, worn leather in the deep red-brown color. The gold accent pieces and numbers make this watch irresistible and a must have for any woman's wardrobe.

Sing it Loud Red Vintage Beaded Earrings by Lily Flys Garden
These vintage earrings are a strong statement without being too overpowering. What makes them so special is their usefulness with so many different outfits. These could be every girls go-to earrings to complete any attire.
