Materials: Glue gun/ clear glue sticks Flat backed white fabric flower White ribbon for hanger (about 6 inches) Deco Art Liquid Rainbow paint in Primary Blue Ultra violet fine glitter White pearl ribbon or something similar for around the ornament cap (try the wedding lace section!)
